About Trovata

How we came to do this work

Trovata grew out of a particular kind of family experience — the kind where someone passes and the people left behind spend weeks searching through drawers, asking solicitors to repeat themselves, and trying to piece together a picture of what existed and where. It is a difficult time made harder by disorder in the paperwork.

Our founder, having lived through precisely that situation, wanted to offer something that could help families avoid it. Not legal advice, not financial planning — simply a calm pair of hands and a clear, steady process for getting household documents into a state where they can be found and understood.

The name Trovata comes from the Italian for "found" — the feeling we want every family to have when they go looking for an important piece of paper. We set up in Khon Kaen because this city, and the wider Isan region, has a strong sense of family and community that we admire and want to serve well.

Our work is deliberately limited in scope. We do not give legal or financial advice. We organise, we list, we create clear labels and inventories, and we point you toward the right official resources when you need them. That boundary is not a shortcoming — it is what allows us to stay focused on doing one thing thoughtfully.

We are based at 22 Klang Muang Road, Khon Kaen. Sessions are conducted at your home or a location of your choosing within the greater Khon Kaen area.

Natthida established Trovata after working in family support roles for over a decade. She leads each Complete Records Programme personally and sets the tone for everything the practice does.

Phumin specialises in the Starter Records Session and in building household filing systems that non-specialists can maintain easily. He has a background in archival work.

Our standards for every session

These are not aspirational statements. They describe what we actually do — the practical commitments that shape how a Trovata session runs from start to finish.

Full confidentiality

Nothing discussed or shared in a session leaves the room without your knowledge. We do not retain copies of documents, and we do not pass information to third parties.

Clear scope boundaries

We are precise about what we do and do not offer. If a question falls outside organisational support, we say so clearly and point you toward the right resource.

Tangible outputs only

Every session produces something you can hold — an inventory, a guide, a summary. We do not leave you with vague impressions or verbal instructions you might forget.

Two-person review

All printed inventories and summaries are reviewed by a second team member before they are handed to the household, to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Plain-language outputs

We write for the reader, not for ourselves. Every document we produce is checked to make sure a family member who was not present at the session can follow it easily.

No obligation after sessions

We do not follow up with unsolicited suggestions or upselling. When a session is complete, what happens next is entirely in your hands.
