Three sessions, one clear aim — household records your family can actually use
From a single introductory session to a thorough household programme, each option is designed to be calm, self-contained, and genuinely useful.
Back to HomeHow a Trovata session works in practice
Before we begin, we take time to understand your household — how many people it involves, roughly what kinds of records exist, and what the most pressing area of uncertainty is. From there, we apply a consistent structure, adapted to your volume and pace.
We work through documents with you rather than for you. That means the person attending knows what is in the inventory, not just that the inventory exists. At the end of every session, any printed output is reviewed by a second team member before being handed over.
We are organisers and educators only. When something falls outside that scope, we note it clearly and point you toward the appropriate official source. We do not give legal, financial, or formal estate planning advice.
Initial conversation

The session itself

Output review
All printed materials reviewed by a second consultant before being handed to you.
Handover and close
Inventory or summary delivered, questions answered, referrals noted where needed.

Protocols that apply to every session
Regardless of which session you choose, these commitments apply from the first moment to the last.
No document copies retained
We do not keep, scan, or photograph your documents. Everything we help you list stays in your possession throughout.
Organisational scope only
We help you organise and label what you have. We do not advise on the contents of documents or on legal, financial, or formal planning matters.
Two-person output review
All printed inventories, guides, and summaries are reviewed by a second consultant before being handed over to the household.
Your pace throughout
Sessions move at your household's pace. We have no fixed quota of documents per hour — only the aim of leaving you with something accurate and usable.
Clear referral notes
When a matter falls outside our scope, we note it and identify the appropriate official resource — whether in English or Thai — so you know exactly where to go next.
No pressure after close
Once a session is complete, we do not follow up with unsolicited suggestions. What you choose to do next is entirely your household's decision.
All fees include printed materials — no extras
