1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Trovata ("we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "the client") who uses our services or browses this website. By making an enquiry, booking a session, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Trovata operates from 22 Klang Muang Road, Nai Muang, Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand. We are an organisational and educational service, not a legal, financial, or advisory practice.

If anything here is unclear, please contact us before proceeding. We are always pleased to answer questions.

2. Nature of Services

Trovata's services are educational and organisational in nature. We help households:

• Compile clear, labelled lists of important documents and where they are kept.
• Structure guided conversations about household wishes and record-keeping.
• Build organised archives of household documents with plain written summaries.

Our services do not constitute and must not be treated as legal advice, financial advice, estate planning advice, taxation advice, or any form of regulated professional advice. We do not prepare wills, trusts, or formal legal documents. We do not make recommendations about assets, investments, or formal arrangements.

Where relevant, we will signpost you to appropriate official sources and qualified professionals. Any such signposting is for your convenience only and does not represent endorsement.

3. Bookings and Fees

3.1 Making a booking

A booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation by email or message. Completing an enquiry form does not in itself constitute a confirmed booking.

3.2 Fees

Our current service fees are:

• Starter Records Session: ฿3,800
• Conversations for Planning Ahead: ฿14,700
• Complete Records Programme: ฿32,600

Fees are payable in Thai Baht. We will confirm the payment arrangements at the time of booking. Fees are inclusive of any printed materials described in the service.

3.3 Changes to fees

We reserve the right to update fees at any time. Any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed in writing at the previous fee.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 By you

We understand that household circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know as early as possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: full refund or free reschedule.
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Fewer than 3 days before the session: no refund, but one reschedule offered where possible.

4.2 By us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative date, at your choice.

5. Your Responsibilities

To help us provide a smooth and useful session, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making your booking.
• Attend or make your household available at the agreed time.
• Ensure that any documents or materials you share with us during a session belong to you or that you have the authority to share them.
• Not ask us to perform any function outside the scope of organisational and educational services, including anything that would constitute regulated professional practice.
• Use any printed outputs, guides, or materials we provide for your own personal household use only.

6. Our Responsibilities

We will carry out our services with reasonable care, courtesy, and attention. We will:

• Arrive prepared and conduct sessions in a calm, respectful manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information you share during a session.
• Provide printed materials as described in the service you have chosen.
• Signpost you to official or qualified sources where appropriate.
• Not retain copies of your documents after the printed outputs have been handed to you.

We will aim to meet any session timings agreed with you, but we cannot be responsible for delays arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Outputs and Materials

Printed inventories, guides, and summaries provided as part of our services are for your personal household use only. They represent an organisational record of information you have provided to us; they do not constitute formal legal documents, do not have legal effect, and should not be presented as formal records to any authority or institution without independent verification.

We do not retain electronic copies of session outputs after they have been handed to you, except for basic booking records held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, and any templates or guides developed by Trovata, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without our written permission, except for personal household use of materials provided to you as part of a booked service.

9. Privacy

The way we collect, use, and protect personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services or this website, you agree to the practices described there.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are organisational and educational only. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions you make, or any outcomes that follow, as a result of using our services or this website. You remain solely responsible for any formal arrangements, legal documents, or financial decisions you choose to make.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a session or from use of this website shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant service.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.

This website may include links to external websites for your convenience, including official Thai government resources and information sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites and our inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
