Your household documents, clearly kept and easy to follow
Trovata offers calm, unhurried sessions helping families put their important papers in order — so the people who matter most can find what they need, whenever they need it.

What families value about working with us
Unhurried and kind
Every session moves at your household's pace. There is no pressure, no checklist urgency — just steady, caring support.
Strictly informational
We keep firmly to organisational support. We do not give legal or financial advice — and we always signpost to the right official resources.
Designed for families
Our structures help households talk together clearly, reducing the confusion and stress that can arise when records are scattered or missing.
Clear printed outputs
Every session ends with a tangible take-away — an inventory, a guide, or a summary — something your family can actually use and keep.
Locally rooted
Based in Khon Kaen, Trovata understands the local context. Sessions are available in English, with Thai-language signposting where helpful.
Discretion as standard
Household records are personal. We handle every engagement with full confidentiality, and nothing shared with us leaves the room without your knowledge.
Ready to bring some calm and order to your household records?
A short conversation is all it takes to find out which session suits your family. There is nothing to prepare — just reach out and we will take it from there, gently.
Commonly asked questions
If something is not answered here, please do get in touch — we are happy to talk things through at whatever pace suits you.
What exactly happens in a Trovata session?
We sit with you at home or at a quiet location of your choosing and work through your household documents calmly. We help you list what you have, note where each item is kept, and create a labelled inventory you can refer to later. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is taken away.
Do you give legal or financial advice during sessions?
No. Trovata is purely an organisational and educational service. We help you list, locate, and describe your existing documents. For legal matters such as wills, probate, or financial planning, we will point you towards appropriate official sources and professionals — but that guidance remains yours to pursue independently.
How long does a session take?
The Starter Records Session typically takes two to three hours. The Conversations for Planning Ahead series is spread across two or three shorter meetings, usually across a fortnight. The Complete Records Programme is a deeper engagement that unfolds over several visits, depending on the size and complexity of your household's records.
What documents should I have ready beforehand?
There is nothing you need to prepare. Part of what we do is help you find out what you have. If you know roughly where important papers are stored, that is helpful, but even households with no existing system in place are a perfectly fine place to start.
Is this service suitable for older family members?
Very much so. Many of our sessions are arranged by adult children on behalf of a parent, or by households who simply want to be thoughtful about planning ahead. The pace is always set by the people in the room, and the language we use stays plain and accessible throughout.
How is confidentiality handled?
Everything discussed and shared in a Trovata session remains strictly between your household and us. We do not retain copies of documents, and nothing is shared with third parties. Before we begin, we are happy to discuss our approach to privacy in as much detail as you would like.
What is included in the printed inventory?
The printed inventory lists each important document your household has identified, notes where it is kept, and includes any relevant reference numbers or dates you have chosen to record. It is designed to be straightforward enough that any family member — not just the person who attended the session — can follow it easily.
